Salary - £22,000-£26,000 - Dependant on experience

The Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding Research and Development team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with the existing team to offer the second tier after sales to the Proteus customers.
Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities;
Provide technical support to the Engineering team and customers
Analyse data presented and identify any anomalies
Present mathematical calculations and write detailed reports
Problem solve and apply pre-existing knowledge to determine the cause of a fault
Technical Support Engineer Requirements;
Experience in a Technical Support opportunity would be advantageous
Must have good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills are essential
Understanding electronics or chemistry would be advantageous
Must be computer literate - Excel, Word…
Must be able to analyse data and identify anomalies
