Salary - £22,000-£26,000 - Dependant on experience

The Role

This is an amazing opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding Research and Development team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with the existing team to offer the second tier after sales to the Proteus customers.

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities;

  • Provide technical support to the Engineering team and customers

  • Analyse data presented and identify any anomalies

  • Present mathematical calculations and write detailed reports

  • Problem solve and apply pre-existing knowledge to determine the cause of a fault

Technical Support Engineer Requirements;

  • Experience in a Technical Support opportunity would be advantageous

  • Must have good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills are essential

  • Understanding electronics or chemistry would be advantageous

  • Must be computer literate - Excel, Word…

  • Must be able to analyse data and identify anomalies
