Looking for a lifestyle change with real progression potential?
This is a rare opportunity for two individuals to join as a team in a hands-on, varied and rewarding role within a thriving coastal holiday park, with a clear pathway into Park Management.
Set in a stunning seaside location, the park is home to over 220 owner-occupied holiday homes, alongside touring, camping, and holiday rental accommodation. We are now looking to recruit two motivated people to become a key part of the on-site management team.
The Opportunity
Working together, you will support the Park Managers in the day-to-day running of the park, gaining exposure to all aspects of operations from customer experience and sales through to site management.
This opportunity may particularly suit:

- Experienced park wardens or assistant managers looking to progress
- Those in hospitality, leisure, or property sales seeking a lifestyle move
- Ambitious people looking for a long-term career in holiday park management
Responsibilities
No two days are the same. Duties include:

- Managing and creating social media content
- Assisting touring and camping guests
- Supporting holiday home siting and pitch development
- Supervising the team in the absence of Park Managers
- Reception duties, calls and emails
- General maintenance, gardening, and cleaning
Experience in sales and hands-on practical tasks across the team is important - full training will be provided.
Requirements
We are looking for two people who can work effectively together, with complementary skills:
- Experience in a similar park, hospitality, leisure, or customer-facing role
- Confidence in sales/customer interaction (within the team)
- Practical, hands-on capability (within the team)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable using social media as a business tool
- A genuine interest in a lifestyle role living on-site
- Full UK driving licences required
Working Pattern
- Full-time, permanent roles
- 5 days one week / 6 days the next (rota-based)
- Weekend & bank holiday working required
- Seasonal variation (busier summers, quieter winters)
- Flexibility to cover management absence
What's on Offer
- £61,000 combined salary
- OTE circa £70,000 (with sales commission)
- Rent-free 2-bedroom accommodation (P11D value £8,080)
- Council tax & water included
- Clear progression path to Park Manager level
Why This Role?
This is more than a job - it's a lifestyle and long-term career opportunity:
- Live and work in a beautiful coastal setting
- Build a future in a growing industry
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Develop skills across operations, sales, and leadership
