Trainee Park Management Opportunity - Ideal for Two Individuals Applying Together

Based Near Aberystwyth
£61,000 + OTE circa £70,000 + Rent-Free Two Bedroom Accommodation

This is a rare opportunity for two individuals to join as a team in a hands-on, varied and rewarding role within a thriving coastal holiday park, with a clear pathway into Park Management.

Set in a stunning seaside location, the park is home to over 220 owner-occupied holiday homes, alongside touring, camping, and holiday rental accommodation. We are now looking to recruit two motivated people to become a key part of the on-site management team.

The Opportunity

Working together, you will support the Park Managers in the day-to-day running of the park, gaining exposure to all aspects of operations from customer experience and sales through to site management.

Responsibilities

No two days are the same. Duties include:

  • Supporting holiday home sales and customer enquiries
  • Managing and creating social media content
  • Assisting touring and camping guests
  • Supporting holiday home siting and pitch development
  • Supervising the team in the absence of Park Managers
  • Reception duties, calls and emails
  • General maintenance, gardening, and cleaning

Experience in sales and hands-on practical tasks across the team is important - full training will be provided.

Requirements

We are looking for two people who can work effectively together, with complementary skills:

  • Experience in a similar park, hospitality, leisure, or customer-facing role
  • Confidence in sales/customer interaction (within the team)
  • Practical, hands-on capability (within the team)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using social media as a business tool
  • A genuine interest in a lifestyle role living on-site
  • Full UK driving licences required

Working Pattern

  • Full-time, permanent roles
  • 5 days one week / 6 days the next (rota-based)
  • Weekend & bank holiday working required
  • Seasonal variation (busier summers, quieter winters)
  • Flexibility to cover management absence
