Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real difference in an established forward-thinking business? We are seeking a proactive, stand-alone HR Manager to work closely with the Senior Management Team and Directors to help shape the future of the organisation by translating business strategy into people strategy.

You will drive positive employee experiences and have the unique opportunity to lead a small but crucial team, outside of the HR function. Joining a small, ambitious company, you will have the autonomy to shape the role and develop your career as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team to provide strategic HR input that drives business performance and culture.
  • Lead and line-manage a small Sales Administration team, fostering a high performing and engaged workforce.
  • Take ownership of employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and staff to resolve issues fairly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes that reflect company values, support business objectives, and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of the right people for the business.
  • Manage reward and recognition, including pensions, benefits, and other staff initiatives.
  • Be the go-to person for HR advice, coaching leaders and colleagues across all levels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • An experienced HR professional with a proven track record in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Confident in providing strategic insight and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experienced in employee relations, including handling complex cases with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with all levels of an organisation.
  • Organised, adaptable, and motivated to drive continuous improvement.

Why Apply?

  • Play a key role in shaping the organisation's culture and people strategy.
  • Autonomy to make the role your own and progress your career.
  • Work closely with a supportive Senior Management Team who value your input.

If you're ready to bring your HR expertise to a strategic, hands-on role where your contribution is visible and valued, we'd love to hear from you.
