Warehouse & Food Stores Coordinator (12 month FTC)

If you organised, proactive, and have good attention to detail, our client is looking for looking for a Warehouse & Food Stores Coordinator to join a small team, managing the flow of food

Some key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Packing and preparing food samples for courier delivery, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition for internal staff and customers.

• Monitoring and controlling sample stock levels
• Ensuring the NPD Import Airfreight process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinating deliveries with couriers, both within the UK and internationally.
• Handling sample requests, logging, preparation, and dispatch for regulatory testing.
• Managing airfreight samples for multiple brands
• Raising commercial invoices for exported samples and manage purchase orders.
• Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and experience required:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse and cold store environment would be highly beneficial
• Experience of Goods In/Out and Airfreight operations is advantageous
• Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, customers, and couriers.

Working for a hugely supportive employer, this role is located on the outskirts of Malvern and Worcester and requires the postholder to have a driving licence.

Salary £TBA on application. 37.5 hour working week (8.30-5pm) and a number of additional excellent benefits on offer.
