Warehouse Operative

Our client based in Droitwich are looking for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Permanent positions are available for those that wish to apply internally.

Warehouse Operative duties will include:

• Working in a team of 3 unboxing product, checking the product part or adding a part to the product and re boxing the product
• Unloading containers- this will involve lifting the product off the back of a lorry and putting on a pallet
• Labelling products with customer labels ready for disptach
• Wrapping Pallets with wrapping film ready for dispatch
• Picking from a pick list and hand scanners
• General Warehouse Duties where required

Warehouse Operative requirements:

• Previous Picking and Packing Experience is advantageous but not essential
• Physically able to bend down to wrap pallets and lift where needed
• Good attention to detail and an eye for quality
• Flexibility to move around the warehouse onto different roles to support the team

Warehouse Operative Hours:

6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Rotating Shifts- however our client will be flexible on this if candidates require a set shift.

Saturday and Sunday work will occasionally be added to the rota - 10am - 6pm

Warehouse Operative Rate of Pay- £8.91p/h.
