What is the EU Settlement Scheme?
The settlement scheme is designed to offer individuals the opportunity to protect their residence in the UK after the UK leaves the EU. The scheme is currently only to applications, up until 20th June 2021. It is completely free to apply.
Who does this effect?
If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. If your application is successful, you’ll get either settled or pre-settled status.
