Job description

Our well established client based in Hartlebury is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy and expanding team on an ongoing basis. This role may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate and distribute the IT equipment for new starters
*Ensure that minimum stock levels of equipment are available for distribution
*To administer access and ID cards for members of staff and visitors
*Ensure all data from colleagues regarding mileage and van data is requested and kept up to date and accurate
*Be responsible for issuing and procuring uniform for staff and sub-contractors
*To undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary


The right candidate for this role should:

*Have effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
*Organise work in a timely and effective manner
*Be able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and within a team
*Have experience of working within an office environment

The right candidate for this role should be available immediately and looking for an ongoing (temp-perm) role.

Due to the nature of the role the suitable candidate will need to hold a full UK driver's licence.

This role is based in Hartlebury and is easily accessible from Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Worcester, Droitwich and Bromsgrove. Due to the location of the company candidates must have their own transport to and from work.

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £9.30p/hr (£20,553 PA)
