Administrator

We have a new and exciting Administration role available in Malvern on a Temp to Perm basis! This role will start full time and then progress into part time on a permanent basis.

Main duties:

  • Reception duties
  • Answer general call, emails and postal correspondence
  • Process shop orders including bookings for courses and events
  • Administer the membership database and the collection of subscriptions
  • Process expenses and invoices
  • Order office supplies
  • File/archive records
  • Provide administrative support for the directors as needed
  • Collate staff wages and expenses information

This Administration role is based in a Covid-19 secure office space within a small team.

The successful applicant should show:

  • Proven experience in an office environment role is essential
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to organise and show excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience dealing with confidential matters and documentation

This role is based in Upper Calwall near Malvern which is commutable from Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury and surrounding areas.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (The role will then progress to a part time - Part time hours TBC)

Pay: £10.00 per hour + Holiday Pay.
