Order Processing and Shipping Administrator (HOME-BASED)

This is a 6 month contract initially with the opportunity to extend and potentially become permanent. The initial training in your first week will be in Malvern, but from then you will be working from home.

In this role you will be required to enter and acknowledge customer purchase orders, create customer invoices and organise the subsequent shipping, as well as liaising with customers and coordinating with other team members to satisfy all demand on a timely basis

Order Processing and Shipping Administrator Responsibilities

  • Entering, checking and acknowledging customer orders.
  • Arranging shipping and co-ordinating deliveries with customers and agents.
  • Supporting the export/import processes for materials sourced from the US and Asia Pacific countries.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Help the Team to devise long-term improvement strategies and projects to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Order Processing and Shipping Administrator Requirements

  • A positive mind-set and can-do attitude, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge and general understanding of export and import procedures.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Experience working with SAP or Salesforce would be beneficial but is not essential

This home-based Order Processing and Shipping Administrator position offers an equivalent salary of £22,700-£23,500.

37.5 hours per week with Flexi-time (core hours 10.00am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 3.00pm) to help you to achieve a good work-life balance
