Location: Worcester
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Part-time, 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Contract Type: Temporary


About the Role

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Team Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our clients busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting education, training, and professional development programmes that make a real difference across our region.

You'll be the backbone to their operations, creating efficient systems, managing communications, and ensuring team can focus on delivering high-quality training and development opportunities.


What You'll Be Doing

Day-to-Day Administration

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for enquiries from across the organisation
  • Support the Director with diary management, document preparation, and strategic project coordination
  • Develop and maintain electronic administration systems for participant tracking, records, and evaluation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on actions

Event and Team Support

  • Help plan and coordinate training events, providing hands-on support on the day
  • Support team colleagues with administrative tasks across their specialist areas
  • Update and maintain content on the team's website areas
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other statutory requirements

Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and our collaborative working culture

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • ✓ Strong administrative experience or excellent transferable skills
  • ✓ Outstanding communication skills - confident, patient, and practical when juggling multiple demands
  • ✓ Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel, Word, and database systems
  • ✓ Great attention to detail with strong numeracy and literacy
  • ✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own workload effectively
  • ✓ Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Desirable:

  • Experience or interest in adult learning environments
  • Background working with volunteers
  • Previous administrative work in education, training, or similar institutions
  • Familiarity with VLE or student management systems
