Hewett Recruitments Finance team are actively seeking a tenacious Credit Controller to join our client based in Worcester on a full time and permanent basis.
Your New Job
Working closely with the account managers and the team leader escalating any issues with payment and request assistance where needed.
Performance is measured by total cash collected, debtor days and reduction in 60 day+ debts.
Pro-Actively investigate and chase the groups debt ledger, maximising cash receipts while reducing debtor days.
Queries are logged and challenged appropriately with both internal and external parties.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure swift resolution of queries
