Customer Service Support Assistant within the technical team

Office Working full-time in Hereford
Full time - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm(1 hour for lunch)
Salary: £12.80 per hour with weekly pay (pay to increase after 6 months)
Temp ongoing rolling contract
On-the-job training will be provided.
Being the first point of contact with customers, assisting with enquiries and offering technical support advice and directing support where required.
Technical Support Customer Advisor - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering customer technical enquiries from customers and clients
- Liaising with the warranty department to help with requirements
- Maintain the database
- Email liaisal
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Training will be provided
- Working in a team environment
- Assist with other projects
- Help with supporting external sales representatives
Technical Support Customer Advisor - Skills & Requirements:
- MS Office efficient - word, excel, teams
- Strong telephone manner
- Likes to be providing customer care and support with a sound confidence to chat over the phone and face to face
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
