Customer Service Support Assistant within the technical team

Office Working full-time in Hereford

Full time - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm(1 hour for lunch)

Salary: £12.80 per hour with weekly pay (pay to increase after 6 months)

Temp ongoing rolling contract

On-the-job training will be provided.

Being the first point of contact with customers, assisting with enquiries and offering technical support advice and directing support where required.

Technical Support Customer Advisor - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer technical enquiries from customers and clients
  • Liaising with the warranty department to help with requirements
  • Maintain the database
  • Email liaisal
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Training will be provided
  • Working in a team environment
  • Assist with other projects
  • Help with supporting external sales representatives

Technical Support Customer Advisor - Skills & Requirements:

  • MS Office efficient - word, excel, teams
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Likes to be providing customer care and support with a sound confidence to chat over the phone and face to face
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
