Our Kidderminster based client are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator.
As Customer Service Administrator, you will be resolving complaints and queries in an effective and timely manner while building strong customer relations. Responsibilities include:
*Providing excellent customer service via phone/email/post
*Ensuring systems and databases are kept accurate and up to date
*Problem solving, resolving order issues and managing customer expectations
*Updating customers on stock availability and alternatives
*Posting information or goods to customers
*Follow up care, ensuring customers are satisfied
*Analysing complaint trends and reporting this information to production
This Customer Service Administrator role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisation skills. As Customer Service Administrator you must be customer focused as well as self-motivated and have strong negotiating skills.
This is a full-time Customer Service Administrator position based in Kidderminster. Easily commutable from Kidderminster, Droitwich, Stourport, Hartlebury, Bromsgrove and Stourbridge.
