Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Part-Time - Worcester
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support their private pay services team. This is an office-based, part-time role based in Worcester, covering a long-term absence.
The Role:
- Handling inbound customer calls and new referrals
- Programming telecare devices
- Processing payments and basic financial administration
- Stock handling and equipment cleaning
- Providing a professional, customer-focused service
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous customer service or office-based administration experience
- Confident handling telephone-based enquiries
- Comfortable working with systems and basic technical tasks
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Willing to complete a Basic DBS check prior to start
Working Hours & Contract:
- 20 hours per week
- Ideally flexible to cover busy periods and team absence
- Alternatively, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm
- Temporary role for 2-3 months, with possible extension
- Immediate start available (subject to DBS clearance)
