Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Part-Time - Worcester


We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support their private pay services team. This is an office-based, part-time role based in Worcester, covering a long-term absence.


The Role:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and new referrals
  • Programming telecare devices
  • Processing payments and basic financial administration
  • Stock handling and equipment cleaning
  • Providing a professional, customer-focused service


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or office-based administration experience
  • Confident handling telephone-based enquiries
  • Comfortable working with systems and basic technical tasks
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Willing to complete a Basic DBS check prior to start


Working Hours & Contract:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Ideally flexible to cover busy periods and team absence
  • Alternatively, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Temporary role for 2-3 months, with possible extension
  • Immediate start available (subject to DBS clearance)
