To provide professional and efficient administration and customer service ensuring effective and competent administration of customer support issues through to resolution.
Raise all urgent emails on the company database in line with customer enquiry and forward to appropriate personnel for action.
Keeping up to date with changes to products or services and consumer law.
Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding any customer service issues.
To respond to customer correspondence as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.
Maintain customer files in line with Company policy.
To ensure the effective provision of excellent customer service.
In the absence of the Customer Service Manager, liaise with external agencies i.e. trading standards, Advocacy agencies, Solicitors, and Insurers.
To assist with administration duties in the absence of the other members of the department.
Monitor and record complaints made and any potential non-compliance with Consumer Protection law, consult with Management on any action required.
Respond to incoming calls as necessary.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong administrative & customer skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Attention to detail.
The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
Based in Droitwich
£16,000 - £18,000.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
