Customer Service Advisor

The Role

A fantastic Customer Service Advisor opportunity with a leader in British design; one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers within their sector, boasting a portfolio of luxury British designer brands.

As Customer Service Advisor you will join a busy team based out of offices in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, enthusiastic and energetic individual who is looking to work within a busy team and a progressive and forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with existing customers
• Contact with customers via email and telephone
• Processing orders via Sage
• Processing returns/credits via Sage
• Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• The ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Adaptability and organisational skills.
• Experience of Microsoft office.
• Ability to work at speed while providing excellent Customer Service.

£21,000 - £22,500 basic annual salary.

Based in Bromsgrove.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
