This Customer Service Advisor position is a great opportunity for someone who is confident over the phone, has excellent people skills and is able to work in a pressurised environment.
Customer Service Advisor Duties -
This role will involve, answering incoming calls, responding to queries and complaints and transferring calls to various departments.
The right candidate for this Customer Service role should:
*Have a confident and professional telephone manner
*Be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
*Respond to complaints and queries professionally
*Work well in a team
*Have experience in a similar role/contact centre
*Be used to working in a busy office environment
Shifts for the role are listed below -
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm on a rotational basis.
Weekends shifts: 10am - 4pm on a rotational basis.
Monday to Friday: £8.21p/hr + Holiday Pay
Weekends: £9.61p/hr + Holiday Pay
