Customer Service Advisor full time
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business in the Kidderminster/Droitwich Spa/Worcestershire area. This is a temp position on going with the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
This role is extremely unique, to include administrative duties and customer service over the telephone, face to face and via email. There is an opportunity to grow and develop within the team with lots of training and support.
If you are currently working within retail, hospitality and customer focused roles along with having strong Microsoft Office skills, and are looking to move into an office environment, this role would be a great opportunity to help you take the next step into a new industry.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers over phone, face to face and via email
- First point of contact for incoming calls to the office
- Assisting with queries
- Updating databases
- The role is varied, supporting a number of high profile customer accounts, processing orders and liaising with staff and customers on a daily basis.
Customer Service Advisor requirements:
- Confident and professional when speaking to clients over the phone and in person
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly motivated and diverse to work in the office and actively help in the warehouse with queries and stock enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail and can build long lasting client relationships
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 17:30 (40 hours a week) 1 hour for lunch
Pay:
£10.25 per hour Temp on going role - will go perm for the right person after probation review
