Customer Service Advisor

My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

*Deal with internal and external service users in a courteous and professional manner
*Proactively keep customers informed of progress and service issues concerning the progress of their orders
*Assist other departments by providing accurate and timely information and support where possible
*Transfer customer orders to the computer system consistently and accurately
*Deal with internal and external service users in a courteous and professional manner

To Be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

*Customer focused attitude
*A positive and approachable nature
*A high level of IT Literacy/MS Office proficient
*Professional telephone manner which exudes Customer Service excellence
*Willingness to exceed expectation

The hours for this role vary from: 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, 9:30-17:30, 10:00-18:00
This Customer Service Advisor role will also include a Saturday shift once every 3 weeks with one day off in the week to make up for it.

Rate of pay - TBC

This temporary Customer Service role is based in Kidderminster and is commutable from Bewdley, Hagley, Worcester, Stourbridge.
