My client is an industry leading software house within the financial industry. They are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their dedicated support team, supporting external users with technical issuers on my clients bespoke software.

This opportunity offers excellent career prospects in to various avenues of the business, including service deck management, business analyst positions, business support etc.

As a successful Customer Support Advisor you will have experience in:
*A Customer Service Background, working in a call centre, resolving and dealing with complaints.
*Going to extra mile to provide excellent customer service

It would be beneficial as a Customer Support Advisor if you have had exposure to:
*A financial environment
*An Insurance background

As a successful Customer Support Advisor you will receive:
