Customer Services Lead
If you are an experienced Customer Services professional with experience in leading and mentoring a small team, this could be an ideal opportunity to join a successful company and fully utilise your skills. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Communicating effectively with both Customers and the Production team to ensure the fulfilment of customer orders
- Accurately inputting orders onto the ERP system
- Updating customer schedules and ensuring that goods are delivered on time, including booking transport and completing export documentation
- Answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
- Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships
- Dealing with all customer queries in a timely and professional fashion
- Liaising with Production on stock availability to ensure it can meet customer demand
- Archiving invoices and documentation as required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading and encouraging a small team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer facing skills - Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- An ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- A strong technical acumen and ability to pick up and learn about the company's products
- Self-motivated with a strong and flexible approach
- Excellent team player and leader
Location - Malvern
Salary - up to £28k
