Location: Martley, Worcestershire
Hours: Full-time (Flexible or part time hours can be considered)
Salary: £28k (plus additional bonus based on Company performance)

Our client has grown into a successful wholesale business, supplying independent retailers across the UK and around the world. This is an exciting time to join a business and be an integral part of its growth and expansion.

Having moved into the world of direct-to-consumer eCommerce, there has been rapid growth and as a result, the need for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the small, passionate team and help drive the next phase of growth. If you're someone who knows your way around Google Ads, dabbles in paid social, and wants to make a real difference in a fast-moving business, this would be an amazing opportunity!

Duties and Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Managing the Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, Shopping), focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC & conversions
• Planning and running paid campaigns on TikTok Shop
• Regularly tracking performance, optimising campaigns, and sharing simple, actionable reports
• Updating the Shopify website and product listings, helping improve SEO and overall user experience
• Supporting with blog content, social posts, competitions, and email marketing
• Thinking creatively and happy to be part of a small, 'hands on' team.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads, especially Performance Max & Shopping
• Some experience with paid social and ideally Amazon PPC preferred
• Strong analytical mindset - able to turn data into action
• Knowledge of SEO and Shopify site management
• Creative, flexible, and proactive - a desire to be in a varied role.
• A genuine interest in the products

Based in a rural location, your own transport is essential.
