Product Owner
Location: Hybrid - Worcestershire (2 days per week on-site)

An established and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Product Owner to join a collaborative Agile team, supporting the delivery of innovative solutions within a growing product suite. Reporting to the Product Manager and working as part of the Mobius Product Team, you'll help define product roadmaps, prioritise work, and represent the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Product Owner with insurance or broking industry experience to play a hands-on role in shaping products that have a meaningful impact on customers and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the voice of the customer, shaping product outcomes and user stories

  • Managing and prioritising the product backlog in line with business objectives

  • Working with development teams to refine backlog items, plan sprints, and clarify requirements

  • Leading requirement-gathering sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Documenting features, demoing product iterations, and responding to feedback

  • Supporting internal teams, stakeholders, and marketing to maximise product impact

  • Playing an active part in Agile ceremonies and maintaining delivery momentum

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Agile Product Owner (essential)

  • Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge and hands-on experience

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • Strong customer focus, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure

  • Experience with DevOps, JIRA, and B2B/B2C product delivery is advantageous
