Job description

Support Services Administrator (Financial department)

0830 - 1630 Monday - Friday full time

£11.50 per hour immediate start

Temp for approx. 4-5 months

Purpose of the job:

To assist with the daily and weekly administration tasks within the Support Services Department at the office in Hartlebury.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer offer letters and employment contracts
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including placing adverts and arranging interviews
  • Processing of credit card expenditure
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • Provide support to payroll
  • Supporting and ensuring the efficient operation of all support service departments by undertaking duties not specifically stated
  • To provide a healthy and comfortable working environment

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of processing expenses
  • Knowledge of financial processes
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook

SKILLS:

  • Effective Communication
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively
  • Good report, analytical and research skills
  • Have excellent Excel skills and experience of dealing with large volumes of data
