Job description

Fixed-Term Admin Assistant:

Office Working full-time 35 hours per week in Worcester

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch

6 Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential to be extended by 3-6 months

Salary: £21,000 per annum+ (pro-rata for the 6 months)

Admin Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing information on the internal system.
  • Using Excel/Word and inputting data.
  • Creating mail mergers and writing letters.
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone and through emails.
  • Undertake general office duties including filing, photocopying, faxing and associated clerical duties.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal teams.

Administrative Assistant - Skills & Requirements:

  • Cooperation and team working.
  • Adaptability.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent levels of customer service.
  • Diverse and flexible.
  • IT literate using MS Office.
