Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Overview:
We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Counterbalance Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Evesham. This is a hands-on, manual role involving both forklift duties and general warehouse tasks, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently (valid licence required)

• Picking and packing orders accurately

• Manual handling, including some heavy lifting

• Goods in and goods out duties

• Using a pump truck as needed

• Working from order lists and job sheets

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

About You:

• Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Able to start immediately

• Motivated to progress into a permanent role
