Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, Temp (Ongoing)

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support the operations and project management teams in the planning, coordination and delivery of complex engineering projects.

Working closely with internal departments and, where appropriate, liaising directly with clients, you will provide essential administrative, documentation and communication support across all stages of the project lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment and enjoys being at the heart of project activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and the wider operations team

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain project schedules

  • Update project documentation, trackers and registers

  • Assist in compiling technical documentation

  • Support the implementation and standardisation of departmental procedures, workflows, forms and documentation

  • Prepare machinery test (FAT) documentation

  • Draft Functional Design Specifications (FDS)

  • Maintain project documents including Risk and Issue Registers and improvement logs

  • Act as a point of contact for the project team and facilitate effective communication

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

  • Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing and production

  • Utilise document-sharing portals such as Aconex or Interaxo (experience advantageous)

  • Strong IT skills

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Experience in a project or contract delivery environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems

  • Understanding of project management methodologies, technical documentation and workflows

  • Project management certification desirable but not essential

Additional Information

  • Based at the company's head office in Evesham with hybrid working available

  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
