Foundry Operative

Foundry Operative- Temp to Perm Opportunity- Droitwich

We are looking for a Foundry Operative for our industry leading client based in Droitwich.

Hours: Rotating Shifts - Mon -Th 5.45am to 13.45pm Fri 5.45am to 11.45am / Mon - Th 2pm to 10pm Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm

Pay: £14.49 per hour

As a Foundry Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and wrapping moulds ready to be casted
• Keeping up with production targets
• General labouring duties around the Foundry department
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
• Working to manufacturing processes within a team

Production Operative Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be physically demanding
• A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Previous factory, Foundry or Labouring experence is essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
