Temp to Perm
My Hartlebury based client is looking for a part-time HR Advisor on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, global, innovative organisation.
In this HR Advisor role you will be building strong relationships throughout the organisation and providing support and solutions on a range of HR matters and guidance on best practice. As HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
*Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
*Ensuring reporting data is accurate and up to date, to produce reports as/when required
*Supporting and advising the management team on HR matters
*Owning the recruitment process from start to finish
*Researching and recommending new HR related initiatives
*Monitoring HR KPI's
*Coordinating annual performance reviews and employee development
To be successful in this HR Advisor role, you will have proven generalist HR experience and CIPD level 5 qualified or above, up to date knowledge of employment law and HR practice.
This is a part-time tem to perm HR Advisor working 22.5 hours per week based in Hartlebury.
