The HR Manager will be responsible for all of the HR function as well as assisting Senior Management in the day to day running of all people activities.
Some key duties and responsibilities for the HR Manager will include (but not be limited to):
*Overseeing and adopting the full responsibility for the HR function within the business
*Reviewing current policies and procedures
*Assisting managers in complex HR issues
*Taking full responsibility for the recruitment process
*Overseeing staff training and personal development plans
*Overseeing the HR processes including performance, disciplinary, grievances, appraisals and all employee relations issues
*Compiling HR data reports
Working as part of the Senior Management team, our client is looking for an HR Manager who can demonstrate a naturally forward thinking attitude and 'entrepreneurial' style with versatility to support all areas of the business.
A willingness to align with the business and assist with taking it to the next level, the HR Manager will need to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
*An HR Generalist with a proven track record
*Exceptional communication skills at all levels
*A highly professional and forward thinking approach
*A willingness to get into the heart of the business and be instrumental in key changes is essential
*Up to date with Employment Law
*CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7)
Located in Tewkesbury (commutable from Worcestershire, Herefordshire as well as Gloucestershire)
Salary c£40k (could be flexible for the right candidate)
