Implementation Consultant
Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid following probabtion)

About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in guiding businesses through the successful implementation of systems. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and deliver training that supports long-term success. Whether you're from a consulting background or have hands-on experience in operations, accounts, or stock control this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes
Configure software to meet client-specific requirements
Deliver user training and support throughout implementation
Encourage process improvement and system adoption
Collaborate with internal teams including Project Leaders and Support
Deliver projects primarily remotely, with occasional on-site visits
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in software implementation
OR Operational background in accounts, stock, warehousing, or distributionStrong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and eager to become a product expert
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
UK driving licence and access to a car
