We have a exciting opportunity for one of our long standing client located in Worcester. We are pleased to announce this will be on a Permanent basis, with lots of internal avenues for progression within the company.

Our client is a leading global designer & manufacturer of engineered access solutions. They are seeking a Injection Moulding Technician.

Injection Moulding Technician's Responsibilities:

In this role you will set up and run prioritised Moulding production orders using existing set programs and to monitor quality output through electronic prompts. You will be passionate in achieving Right First Time and Just in Time manufacture of plastic components using advanced Moulding techniques, working with and to standard work instructions and practices.

Injection Moulding Technician's Requirements

  • You must have at least three years' experience as a qualified Injection Moulding Technician
  • You should have a high level of mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills together with an innovative outlook
  • Working knowledge and experience of business systems such as Mattec and SAP
  • Achieved or working towards IMT Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent years' experience)
  • An appreciation of the Lean manufacturing fundamentals
  • Effective communication and decision making skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a continuous improvement approach to work
  • Knowledge of Tool trials and process optimisation would be desirable

Injection Moulding Technician's Working Hours:

Full-time, Permanent

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Injection Moulding Technician's Pay:

Salary: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

The salary for this position includes shift allowance and is competitive and dependent on experience.
