Job description
Internal Account Manager
If you have a natural interest in technology and IT products and are looking to forge a career with a company who can offer excellent development opportunities, this could be an ideal opportunity.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a level of sales experience and sound IT knowledge, but ultimately the ability to demonstrate exceptional account management and customer service skills is key.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include ((but not be limited to:
*Maximising opportunities in order to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
*Providing opportunities and leads for the External Account Manager
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
*Responding to customer requests and raising quotations
*Preparing accurate quotations and sales order documentation
*Proactively introducing customers to additional products and services
*Reporting on daily and weekly activity
Some key skills and experience will include:
*Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
*A strong technical acumen and genuine interest in technical products
*Sales focused and target driven
*Excellent administrative skills and confident on Microsoft Office
*Naturally proactive and used to prioritising workloads
*Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
