A supplier of specialist tooling and equipment, they are enjoying continued growth and success and are therefore looking to add to their existing team to meet the increased customer demand.
Working from the offices based near Halesowen, Birmingham, you will be part of a small technical sales team dealing with a variation of internal sales, marketing / social media and administration duties.
Handle telephone, email and website sales enquiries.
Sales order processing.
Adding new products to the website, updating and improving product information.
Ensure that product pages and content pages are optimized for SEO.
Monitor ad campaigns and liaise with external digital agencies on PPC.
General administration within the office.
Maintain CRM system, run e-shot campaigns and website maintenance.
Assist in the creation of product literature such data sheets, tip sheets and product guides.
Run social media campaigns.
Sales and ecommerce experience.
A capable communicator, able to build strong customer relationships.
Ideally an engineering / technical background, practical mind-set.
A real team player, self-motivated with innovative ideas.
Must be computer literate. Experience with CMS websites & Google AdWords campaigns would be an advantage.
Attention to detail.
Based in Birmingham (B32)
Salary £20k - £30k dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
