Are you a practical person with plenty of initiative? This temp-to-perm Production Assistant job is based in beautiful farm surroundings in Claines, where you will be working indoors and outdoors. The factory is located in barns, where you will work as part of a small team making pizza ovens and maintaining the factory. Here no two days are the same - there is a wide variety of tasks to be done, so you won't get bored!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to progress within a small, growing company. Once you have proven yourself as a reliable and committed worker, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make the pizza ovens and accompany/assist the Manager on installations.

Responsibilities:

• Organising the factory - tidying up
• Stores / put-away - keeping materials organised and in the right place
• Cutting metal parts
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Making wooden pallets
• Lifting 25kg bags of cement into cement mixer
• Using lifting aids to move pizza ovens safely around the factory
• Packing products, including using a packing list
• Driving to installations

Labourer Requirements:

• Practical and proactive
• Good at DIY / working with your hands
• Ideally suited to someone with a trades / plastering / construction or military background, but this is not a requirement
• Based in Claines in Worcester, you will need transport to get there.

Labourer hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and pay starts at £9 per hour while temping plus additional benefits and progression.
