We are recruiting a Lead Product Owner to join our dynamic Product Team and play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and development. The Role:

As the Lead Product Owner, you will:

  • Lead by example, guiding a team of Product Owners in delivering products that align with market needs.
  • Champion agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
  • Use data-driven insights and product frameworks to influence decision-making and deliver maximum value to our users and the business.
  • Be a change catalyst, operating effectively within a transformational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Product Owners and Business Analysts, promoting teamwork and building strong relationships.
  • Prioritise tasks to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximise value.
  • Monitor product metrics and recommend enhancements to improve business value.
  • Craft and evolve product roadmaps, using them as a key communication tool.
  • Collaborate effectively, demonstrating flexibility in scope management to achieve common goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner/Manager.
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Insurance and Broking industry, including digital web journeys Q&B and Self-Service.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or JIRA.
  • A Certified Agile Product Owner qualification is essential.
