We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced block lettings property manager to support our regional team. If you are passionate about service delivery and client experience, we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities:

• Tenant and client liaison
• Repairs and maintenance
• Management of rent reviews and notices
• Contractual property inspections
• Client reporting
• Managing contractor appointments
• Legislative reviews and updates
• Responsibility for health & safety and statutory compliance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Ensuring all business/client KPIs are met
• Administration

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Works well as part of a team and uses initiative
• Confident telephone manner with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to get things done and overcome challenges through influencing and tenacity; real resilience is required for this role
• Confident, open, and articulate communicator both orally and in writing, with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
• Thrives in a pressure-driven environment, meeting multiple deadlines and juggling priorities
• Ability to quickly build trust and professional relationships with internal stakeholders
• Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Property experience preferred but not essential
• At least 1 year of experience in block property management

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Hybrid working available with occasional travel to residential properties located nationally
• Salary: £28,000 per annum
