Our client are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their well established team on a temp-perm basis.
The role as Logistics Administrator will involve:
*Processing and inputting customer purchase orders
*Investigating daily claims of stock shortages from customers
*Checking and receipting stock onto in house system
*Inputting of product data
As a Logistics Administrator you will:
*Work closely with the supply chain team
*Assist the logistics Manager with ad hoc requests
*Divert and take messages on incoming calls
*Deal with customers, suppliers and service providers daily
Our client are looking for a Logistics Administrator who:
*Has previous customers service experience
*Shows excellent communication skills via telephone
*Is confident using MS Outlook and MS Excel
*Experience in SAP SD and MM is desirable
This role is based in Hartlebury and easily commutable from Kidderminster, Worcester, Droitwich and surrounding areas.
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00.
