£25,108 annual salary.
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 3:30pm, Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm.

As a Logistics Operative, you will be responsible for handling a range of materials, overseeing goods received, and managing outbound deliveries in line with operational schedules. Working closely with the Materials Planning Logistics team and other department leads, you'll ensure stock accuracy and that all goods reach the right place, at the right time.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work with accuracy under pressure. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to accept and reject deliveries confidently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods across site.
• Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Monitoring and updating kitting documents to align with operational plans.
• Operating a forklift truck to safely move, store, and organise materials.
• Ensuring all orders are packaged and labelled correctly.
• Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards across site.
• Accurately recording stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above), including Maths & English.
• Forklift Truck Licence.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• IT skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems.
• Safety awareness and understanding of warehouse regulations.
