Marketing Assistant - Worcester

My client is recruiting for a marketing assistant full time temporary approximately for 1 month to work closely with the marketing and communication manager who will be responsible for delivering high-quality content and communications to customers across a wide variety of channels.

Start date: Immediately with flexibility for the right candidate.

Duties:

• Increase new road's social media following and engagement
• Support the improvement of quality outbound communication via digital and no digital channels
• Creation of social media content
• Create visuals for marketing campaigns
• Copywriting and proof reading campaigns
• Managing the venue marketing for events, conferences, catering and retail on site
• Working to broaden the brand and adhering to guidelines

Requirements:

• Communication
• Social media experience
• Proactive team player who works on own initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Organisation and a pro-active approach
• IT literate using MS Office
• 1+ year of work experience in a role primarily focused on content creation
• Retail or venue marketing experience

Pay: £10.25 - 10.50 per hour 37.50 hours a week Monday - Friday

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE, A PRECENCE IS REQUIRED FOR HOSPITALITY AND EVENTS ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE TO WORK DURING SOME OF THE EVENTS. TIME WILL BE GIVEN BACK FOR THIS.

This is a temporary position for 1 month starting straight away could be longer for the right individual.
