Salary: £14-£16ph, depending on experience

My client is a well-established firm, manufacturing systems for machine tool industry. We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter for their rebuild department.

Qualifications are not needed and at least some experience will be considered. There is a progression potential for this role to a supervisor.

Mechanical Fitter Responsibilities:

• Rebuilding systems from technical drawings
• Pump pipe work, gate valves, etc.
• Wiring 3ph motors
• Wiring back to control panel

Mechanical Fitter Requirements:

• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Experience in wiring 3 phase motors will be highly advantageous

• Physically fit as lots of on the ground work
