The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will work as part of a team to maintain, repair, calibrate and service all equipment on the shop floor. You will be completing both reactive and pre-planned maintenance. You will also ensure the smooth transition from one shift to the other.

Responsibilities - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Completion of machine PPM to the agreed schedule and standard.
• Actively participate in TPM activities.
• Respond to breakdown repairs, working closely with Team Leader on shift.
• Document all work completed each shift.
• Book out all parts and consumables as used.
• Undertake training where required.
• Develop knowledge of the production processes at Ledbury to assist in fault finding.
• Participate in risk assessments across the site.
• Work on 12-shift rotating days and nights (4 on 4 off shift).

Requirements - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Time served apprentice to NVQ 3 in an engineering discipline.
• Strong mechanical experience with electrical skills.
• PLC and pneumatic knowledge.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Health and Safety Awareness.
