The Role
This is a 10 Month, Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
The Office Administrator is an integral part of the team, ensuring an efficient administration and support service is provided to the business and to ensure that the general office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
*Assisting with booking travel, including flights, rail tickets, taxis and hotels.
*Organising of events, including booking venues, catering, sending of invitations and general coordination.
*Ordering office supplies as needed.
*Facilities management.
*General HR administration - maintaining HR portal and assisting with on boarding processes.
*Managing and overseeing staff expense and purchase platform.
*Answering phone calls and transferring as necessary.
*Drafting, formatting and printing documents.
*Photocopying, filing and general admin duties.
Requirements
*Previous and recent experience in a similar role essential.
*A good level of significant administration experience in a busy office environment.
*Good level of IT proficiency.
*Organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
*Some facilities management and HR admin experience beneficial.
*Flexible & enthusiastic.
£20,000 - £23,000 annual salary.
Based in Bromsgrove.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
