An established family run business providing services throughout Shropshire and the West Midlands. Their focus is on providing a professional and cost effective solutions service to their customers and have built an enviable reputation for their exceptional levels of service and customer care.
Joining a small but exceptionally experienced and close knit team, this role is focussed on providing administrative support services for the business based from the main office in Bridgnorth.
This role also presents a genuine opportunity to progress through to Office Manager over time.
*Taking phone calls and booking in jobs.
*Providing excellent customer service, dealing with enquiries and queries.
*Ordering parts and supplies.
*Sending out mailings, email and post.
*General office administration (filing etc).
*Good all round administration and computer skills.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Experience of working in a close knit team.
*A good understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.
£8.21 per hour + Bonus.
Based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
