Office Manager/HR Kidderminster:
A school in Kidderminster is currently recruiting for an Office Manager/HR Admin - full-time 37 hours a week on a temp-perm contract. Start Date: Immediately on a temp-perm basis
Office Manager/HR Duties:
- Manage the existing office staff (administration assistants)
- Undertake induction and training for all staff members
- Updating school documents/handbooks and newsletters
- Referrals for new students
- Organising transport and meeting rooms
- Processing invoices and looking after petty cash
- Assist with school lettings to outside sources
- Diary management
- Answering the phones and diverting calls to relevant individuals
- Day to day HR responsibilities (non financial)
Administrator Requirements:
- Good levels of MS Office
- Write policies and documents
- Management experience within an office or senior admin experience who is looking for their next steps within their career
- Educational background is an advantage but not necessary
- Enhanced DBS will be provided
Pay: £26k, 37 hours a week, term time only + 5-10 extra days
