Office Manager/HR Kidderminster:

A school in Kidderminster is currently recruiting for an Office Manager/HR Admin - full-time 37 hours a week on a temp-perm contract. Start Date: Immediately on a temp-perm basis

Office Manager/HR Duties:

  • Manage the existing office staff (administration assistants)
  • Undertake induction and training for all staff members
  • Updating school documents/handbooks and newsletters
  • Referrals for new students
  • Organising transport and meeting rooms
  • Processing invoices and looking after petty cash
  • Assist with school lettings to outside sources
  • Diary management
  • Answering the phones and diverting calls to relevant individuals
  • Day to day HR responsibilities (non financial)

Administrator Requirements:

  • Good levels of MS Office
  • Write policies and documents
  • Management experience within an office or senior admin experience who is looking for their next steps within their career
  • Educational background is an advantage but not necessary
  • Enhanced DBS will be provided

Pay: £26k, 37 hours a week, term time only + 5-10 extra days
