Operations Manager Responsibilities;
Manage staff levels, hours, and contract workers to achieve operations and production targets
Planning production output in line with customer requirements
Liaise with customers and resolve any production related issues
Implement production, productivity, and quality plans
Assist with continuous improvement projects
Create detailed operations related reports for Senior Management
Operations Manager Requirements;
Previous experience in an Operations Management role is essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to delegate responsibility and provide clear instructions
Able to analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency
Good planning and organizational skills are required
