An experienced Personal Assistant is required to join a small team who manage a highly successful commercial property business.
The role is a key member of the team, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the business as well as organising and managing the smooth day to day running of the owners' personal matters.
An ability to manage multiple projects, as well as having exceptional administration, secretarial and communication skills is essential. The right person should be positive and enthusiastic, have a confident and professional persona, and be able to act on their own initiative with the capacity to work independently setting their own schedules and targets.
Some key duties for the Personal Assistant will include (but not be limited to):
*Coordination of commercial property management
*Responsibility for the day to day running of the office
*Liaising with external teams and contractors
*Organising travel arrangements
*Assisting with projects as they arise
*Answering the phone and dealing with queries
*Managing the Directors' private properties, vehicles, boats etc.
*Liaising with household staff when required
*Dealing with contractors and tradesmen
Essential skills and experience for the Personal Assistant include:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*A willingness to be part of a small 'hands on' team'
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
*Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages and good general computer skills
*A confident manner
Due to the location, it is essential that the successful candidate has their own car.
Hours of work - Monday - Thursday
