Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering top-quality products? We're hiring a Quality Control Operative to join a busy and fast-paced fruit packing site in Ledbury. This hands-on role is all about ensuring that the products meet customer specifications and the highest food safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Checking and recording weights, temperatures, and sugar levels of fruit

• Making sure all packaging and labelling meet the correct standards

• Rejecting any fruit that doesn't meet quality or temperature requirements

• Ensuring the production area is clean, tidy, and safe at all times

• Calibrating equipment and recording results accurately

• Following all hygiene and safety procedures

• Flagging any damaged or faulty products to supervisors

• Helping to keep things running smoothly with good communication and teamwork

What You'll Need:

• Experience in quality control, food packing, or a production environment

• A good eye for detail and pride in doing a job properly

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay focused during repetitive tasks

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards (training provided)

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work

• Comfortable with standing and working on your feet for long periods
