Receptionist
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a receptionist at Trueline in Kidderminster.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is looking for a career within the manufacturing industry. This full time office based role will involve working within a small team whilst providing an excellent service to customers.
Receptionist Duties:
- Operating telephone switchboard
- First point of contact for external calls
- Dealing with walk in customers face to face
- Conducting Covid-19 entry procedure with visitors
- Good understanding of product knowledge to advise customers
- Input orders and data via Microsoft Excel and Word
Receptionist Requirements:
- Excellent general customer service skills are essential
- Previous reception experience would be advantageous
- IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Polite, professional and confident telephone manner
Receptionist Hours:
8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am - 3pm Friday
Pay:
From £9.00 - £9.50 per hour (DEO)
