Receptionist

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a receptionist at Trueline in Kidderminster.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is looking for a career within the manufacturing industry. This full time office based role will involve working within a small team whilst providing an excellent service to customers.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Operating telephone switchboard
  • First point of contact for external calls
  • Dealing with walk in customers face to face
  • Conducting Covid-19 entry procedure with visitors
  • Good understanding of product knowledge to advise customers
  • Input orders and data via Microsoft Excel and Word

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Excellent general customer service skills are essential
  • Previous reception experience would be advantageous
  • IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Polite, professional and confident telephone manner

Receptionist Hours:

8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday

8am - 3pm Friday

Pay:

From £9.00 - £9.50 per hour (DEO)
