Data Engineer

Location: Worcester (Hybrid / Remote options)
Salary: Circa £55,000

We are recruiting a Data Engineer to join Livity Life during an exciting period of growth and platform evolution.

This role focuses on building and optimising modern data pipelines, supporting the migration from legacy systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

You'll be working on meaningful projects that underpin healthcare and proactive care initiatives, not just maintaining existing systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures

  • Migrating and transforming data from legacy systems

  • Working with Azure Data Services, SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric

  • Collaborating with analytics and reporting teams

  • Ensuring data quality, security and compliance

What we're looking for

  • Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience

  • Hands-on Azure data engineering experience

  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a changing environment

What's in it for you

  • Meaningful, project-led work

  • Cutting-edge Microsoft technology and transformation projects

  • A growing, changing and dynamic environment

  • Autonomy with support

  • Worcester-based with hybrid and remote working options

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Option to take up to 5 additional unpaid days

  • Company pension scheme

  • Life assurance

  • Rewards scheme with 200+ exclusive perks and discounts

This is a great opportunity to join a business investing in modern technology, meaningful projects, and long-term capability building.

These roles are being recruited exclusively by Hewett Recruitment as part of a strategic partnership with Livity Life.
