Hewett have been recruiting across the Three Counties and the surrounding areas for over 40 years and are in an exciting period of growth. To help drive this we want to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants to focus on our continued expansion across a number of sectors. Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you will work as a 360 Consultant, focusing on developing relationships and managing the whole recruitment process to a successful end. Due to the busy nature of our business, there may be the opportunity to jump on some live requirements straight away, although the real opportunity is to build your own desk within one of our existing specialist sectors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in recruitment, preferably within either the IT, Engineering, Finance or Commercial markets. What is most important is a dedication to providing high quality customer service to your clients and candidates. You should also be able to evidence how you have built up your client base using a variety of Business Development methods, including using the phone, networking and targeted email campaigns. Hewett Recruitment have an outstanding reputation and invest heavily in marketing and your BD ability should allow you to leverage this and develop your client base.

The salary for this Recruitment Consultant position is £25-35,000, depending on experience, with regular performance-related reviews and a structured career path with specific targets for promotions. We have offices in Kidderminster and Worcester and access to co-working spaces in Gloucestershire and the option to work from home. With this in mind, you could be based anywhere across the Three Counties and the South West.
