Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator ensures incoming and out coming orders are processed correctly, data is correctly inputted using spreadsheets and the warehouse data is updated. This is a temp to perm role with a great Kidderminster business.


  • Data entry of orders
  • Use of spreadsheets and good knowledge of Excel
  • Assist the sales team by owning administration tasks within the sales process.
  • Answering customer calls and speaking with suppliers
  • Accurately entering proposal details into the funder systems for assessment.
  • Timescale management and proactive follow up of pipeline cases that are within the sales part of the process.
  • Customer contact via phone/email


  • To demonstrate high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency
  • Strong PC skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and in particular, excellent telephone skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time-management skills - the ability to multi-task and manage your own daily workload with minimal supervision in order to meet deadlines
  • Positive, can do attitude

£12.00 - £12.50 per hour

Based in Kidderminster

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm.
